The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on the tenth of September, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was presided over HOA President Jones, with attendance of homeowners in presence.

After call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and passed with no amendments.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Board of Directors is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to improve the quality of life for all residents while addressing ongoing concerns and encouraging a thriving community.

  • Within the proposed amendments are regulations related to exterior aesthetics, sound restrictions, and parking regulations.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments thoroughly and provide their suggestions by September 1st.
  • A public forum will be arranged on August 3rd to discuss the proposed amendments in more depth.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative

Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by planting trees, cleaning up public zones, and supporting a sense of belonging.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the HOA Office.

A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made sherwood lakes homeowners association available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 15th.
